Hi,
Im looking for a new corp, im not really sure what kind of corp but im after trying something new,
il start off by not wasting your time and telling you what im not looking for :
#Any corp with less then 50 people ( although an active alliance would mitigate that )
#Mission running
#Factional warfare
I feel ive done FW and mission running so much its got to the point i find it boring
about my character :
40m sp, 99% into combat
can use all T2 guns in game, or within a couple of days of doing so if its not a type i use often.
can fly all amarr ships sub t2 battleships
can fly all cmd ships and have leadership skills, although not t2 as ive never been in a corp that would've taken advantage of such things
can fly armor logistics
cant use missiles for crap.

About me as a pilot :
Most of my EvE career has been spent in leadership roles, ive ran my own mission running corps, ive been an officer in multiple FW corps, but life is to busy for me to invest such time into such things now.
i really enjoyed "trying" to FC in FW, and that would be something id love the chance to be able to train in.
im no pvp god, ive still got alot to learn, but all my experience is solo or small gangs, so at least my kill board isn't 100% efficiency because i pos bashed and blobbed.
My main activity in eve has been mission running, and i can fully stand on my own feet when it comes to ISK, but im bored of the solo play.
about me as a person :
Im 27 m uk, ( sorry if you read this far thinking im a chick, its internet spaceships... you shouldve known better. )
I work 5 days a week, mon to fri, 6am to 6pm GMT, so my play times are in the evenings till about 12pm, and available all weekends. im pretty sociable and i think i get along with more people then i don't. EvE is my recreational activity, so im looking to add abit more social fun to that.
About my future corp :
You arnt just a small corp with big future dreams, you've accomplished something and you've got a clear direction on what your going for next with a realistic goal & plan of action. ive joined far to many corps that are "one day" going to go to 0.0, or "one day" going to something big, only to find out its aload of $%%^&^. i want to work for a CEO with passion and direction.
You have a strong community backed up with voice / forums etc, alot of corp activity and alot of gang work. activity doesn't mean alot if everyone online is constantly off doing their own thing, im after team work.
You have programs in place to aid new members to learn & develop in your corp, rather then expecting everyone to just "get it at somepoint"
i don't know what im looking for exactly, i was planning on getting offers & seeing what catches my eye.
